Joint Stock Company Kaspi.kz (NASDAQ:KSPI) has said that shareholders approved a dividend of KZT 850 per common share at its Extraordinary General Meeting on 11 June 2026.
The dividend relates to the first quarter of 2026. The company said payment began on 11 June 2026.
Kaspi.kz said the list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend was based on a 10 June 2026 record date. The dividend will be paid in cash by wire transfer to shareholders’ accounts.
Shareholders also approved the agenda for the meeting and elected three members of the company’s counting commission with unlimited term of powers.
The members are Sadykova Nadezhda Saydalimovna as chairman, Baitanayeva Laura Ozatovna as member, and Abdildinova Assel Kassymovna as member.
