AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) has announced Peapack Crossing, a new luxury home community coming soon to Somerset County, New Jersey.
The development will feature two collections of homes on private wooded sites, with site work already underway. Toll Brothers expects the community to open for sale later this summer.
The Carriages Collection will include two-storey townhomes ranging from about 3,045 to 3,551 square feet, with open-concept floor plans, walk-out basements and two-car garages, priced from $1.4 million.
The Signature Collection will offer single-family homes with three bedrooms, priced from $1.5 million. These homes will span more than 3,100 square feet and include spacious living areas and first-floor primary bedroom suites.
Toll Brothers said buyers will also have access to its Design Studio, where they can choose from a range of options with help from design consultants.
Jill Sarcia, Division President of Toll Brothers in New Jersey, said the community is intended to offer luxury living in Somerset County, with access to schools, outdoor recreation and local amenities.
Residents will be close to shops and restaurants, outdoor recreation and schools in the Somerset Hills School District. The location also provides access to major transit routes connecting to New York City, Morristown and other destinations.
