IMI (LON:IMI) has said an updated fund supplement will be made available to include an additional disclosure about the Fund’s use of the increased diversification limits available under Regulation 71(2) of the UCITS Regulations.
The disclosure relates to the ability to hold a position of up to 35% of the Fund’s Net Asset Value in constituents of the Index issued by the same body, where the issuer represents an unusually large portion of this market measured by the relevant Index.
The fund named in the announcement is State Street SPDR MSCI EM Asia UCITS ETF.
